This message indicates that a user is attempting to redeem an access code that has already been redeemed. Once an access code has been redeemed and registered, users enter a product using the Sign In button in the upper right hand corner of the product specific homepage. Remember the access code only serves to gain initial access to a Scorebuilders’ product. Subsequent entry after registration occurs by using the Sign In button.

This message occurs when you have previously registered another Scorebuilders’ product. The program recognizes your associated email and attempts to link the accounts. This is desirable since it allows you to have one username and password combination for multiple Scorebuilders’ products. When the message appears, simply enter your username (i.e., email address) and password combination in the provided boxes for your previously registered Scorebuilders’ product.  Once your accounts are linked, it is important to remember that you still need to login to a particular product through the product specific portal. This message indicates a user is attempting to login with an unrecognized access code. This can occur when a user attempts to redeem an access code through an incorrect product specific login page or the user manually enters an incorrect code.


I AM ATTEMPTING TO LOGIN, BUT AM BEING TOLD “CREDENTIALS ARE INVALID.
There are several possible scenarios that can lead to credentials being invalid. The first is that the credentials being entered for the username and password are incorrect. The username is the email used during the registration process and the password is created during this same process. If a user forgets their password, they are able to use the Forget Your Password link found in the Sign In screen. If a user is convinced that their username and password are correct and are still not permitted access, it may be that the user is attempting to login through the wrong product portal. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RESET MY PASSWORD, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EMAIL FROM SCOREBUILDERS WITH THE NECESSARY RESET LINK.
In most cases when an individual does not receive the reset link it is because during registration the user selected an alternate email or may have mistyped their current email. In this instance, it is necessary to contact Scorebuilders and we can manually reset your password for you. We cannot, however, modify the email address that you initially entered during the registration process.

MY SCHOOL PROVIDED ME WITH ACCESS TO AN ONLINE ADVANTAGE EXAMINATION, HOWEVER, I AM UNABLE TO LOGIN OR RESET MY PASSWORD.
The Academic version of Online Advantage is designed to allow academic programs to administer a comprehensive exam to their students. In these instances, the academic program is the purchaser and therefore, is the only party who is able to provide login credentials to students. As a result, students unable to login to their academic account will need to contact the academic administrator. Conversely, when students individually purchase the Student version of Online Advantage they are able to use the Forget Your Password link on the product specific homepage of Online Advantage ola-sb.com.


I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY MOVING BETWEEN QUESTIONS AND USING SELECTED PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS QUESTIONS WITHIN ONLINE ADVANTAGE.
In most cases this is related to a poor or spotty internet connection. Online Advantage requires a strong and consistent signal since is is a web-based application. Other reasons for difficulty navigating within Online Advantage can be an outdated internet browser. We recommend using am updated version of any internet browser other than Internet Explorer. Our technical staff often reminds us that Internet Explorer tends to be less stable than almost any other browser. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are Scorebuilders’ personal favorites. Finally, it is best if when using Online Advantage you are logged out of all other Scorebuilders products.
